Refund policy
At The Glow Cart AU, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess your request and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, provide a refund, replacement, or repair.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
To request a return, email theglowcartau@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos. If your claim is approved due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
