Eligible Returns
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess your claim and provide an appropriate solution, including a refund, replacement, or repair where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping
If your return is approved because the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, The Glow Cart AU will cover the return postage costs.
